You also have to have submitted a tax certification form before you can get paid.

Lastly, you need to possess some basic HTML knowledge in order to place the special affiliate link code the company provides you with in your web pages.

My own opinion on this aspect of working online is that if you are serious about making money online, you should at least know how a website is coded (HTML) and be able to make simple modifications where necessary. If you don't there's plenty of basic training available online to be found.
